Georgia Chamber

This year's 2012 Congressional Luncheon put on by the Georgia Chamber was held at the Macon Marriott Centreplex last week. Some of the biggest companies from Georgia attended including Coke, AT&T, Delta, Publix, IBM, Braves, Wells Fargo and so on. Even a noted guest Saxby Chambliss spoke at the event. With over 1,000 guests attending, they wanted some balloons to make a big impact. At the entrance, we created a massive balloon archway with their colors green, silver, white and gold. And inside on the stage, we placed four matching balloon columns.

It's Mitzvah Time!

This weekend was full of fun set ups and lots of color.

A girl named Emerson loved candy and bright colors. We decided to take her favorite colors turquoise/magenta, and highlight them around the room with linens, napkins, and chair sashes. Large over sized hand painted candy bars was chosen for the centerpieces. They were placed on large glass cylinders on top of polka dot linens. The room was playful and perfect for a mitzvah. On the kids tables, we placed large lollipops that spelled out her name. In the entrance, guests were greeted with a candy card that first served as a card table and then was the spot for real candy galore. We thank St. Ives Country Club for their help and looking after us when we were there.

We worked with another family who was interested in having four different events at Beth Shalom. Here is a description of just two of the events: For the Friday kiddish, we provided seven gorgeous sunflower arrangements. They were set on blue and green linens along with votive candles and table numbers all provided by Let's Celebrate.

Then for Saturday night mitzvah celebration, we transformed the room into a travel theme. The tables had alternating blue and green linens to the floor with coordinating napkins. All the chairs were covered and had matching chair sashes. There were two different types of centerpieces: globes and postcards. Hand painted globes sat on top of glass cylinders with vinyl country names down the side, while the postcards sat on square vases .  Each postcard was hand painted and chosen by the family as previous travel locations.

SJTA Caribbean

Right now this years Atlanta Jewelry Show is going on at the Cobb Galleria August 11-13, 2012 and coming back again March 2-4, 2013. Summer is not quite over, so this evening relax and have a drink in paradise as you "Get Caribbean Cool with SJTA".

This years theme was comprised of Caribbean and beach inspired decor. The entrance had a truss system adorned with real palms, pile docking, birds, lighting, lanterns, and a custom hand painted entrance sign. The cocktail tables and highboys had colorful blue, yellow, and pink linens with black chair covers and tropical chair ties. Tropical centerpieces for these tables comprised of floral arrangements and pineapples surrounded by colorful drink umbrellas. Balloons of different sizes and colors floated high above the room giving more vibrancy and a feel of the Caribbean. The buffets had an assortment of beach related decor as did the backdrop for the stage including more custom signage, nets, tropical birds, plants and so on. We hope everyone has a wonderful time tonight in their tropical get away.
