Fall is Here

When the Doubletree Hotel decided to renovate part of their hotel, they thought it would be great to throw an "Extreme Hotel Makeover" kick off party for their staff. We thought it was a cool idea and a theme we could be creative with. As the gusts entered the event space, they were greeted with a large "construction" installation with all types of building materials. All the tables had lit up centerpieces with cylinder filled with gel surrounded by some more tools you would need at a true makeover. We also brought in some lamps and ottomans for people to rest after a night of dancing.

On A Different Note....

Wedding season is still in full force, and a lovely bride came to Let's Celebrate wanting florals for her special day. She requested flowers to match her bridesmaids dresses, a rich plum color. The bouquets and table centerpieces had a great contrast of whites/ivories and different shades of purples (from Davis Austen roses to lisianthis and then deep purple hydrangeas).  Each arrangement was placed on elegant glass vases with many lit votives at the base. All the candles created an intimate atmosphere and the tables were covered with striking silver linens.
